Who looks after your information

Ladi brothers L.L.C-FZ, trading as YourMemoirStudio, is responsible for your personal information. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect

• Your order details: your name, email, phone number, and the delivery address (yours or the person receiving the gift).
• What goes in the book: the characters you design, names, the words you write, your dedication, and for Bespoke Keepsakes the photos, memories and WhatsApp number you give us.
• Payment: payments are handled by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
• On this website: your cart is kept in your own browser so it’s still there when you come back. If we add website analytics, they will only measure how the site is used, not who you are.

Why we use it

Only to make, print and deliver your book, send your digital copy, show you a preview, answer your questions, and keep the business and tax records the law requires. We only send you marketing emails if you’ve said yes, and you can stop them at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that help us make and deliver your order: our online shop and payment provider, our printing partner in the UAE (who receives the print file of your book), our courier (your name, address and phone number), and WhatsApp for Bespoke previews. Each of them may only use it for your order. We never sell your information.

Children

Many of our books are about children, but orders must be placed by an adult. Please only share a child’s name, photos or details if you are their parent or guardian, or have their parent’s permission.

How long we keep it

• Photos you send for a Bespoke Keepsake: deleted 90 days after your book is delivered.
• The print file of your book: kept for 90 days after delivery, in case it needs reprinting, then deleted. If you’d like us to keep it longer so you can order another copy, just ask.
• Order and payment records: kept for 5 years, as UAE law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it (unless the law says we must keep it), or ask us to stop using it for marketing. Contact us using the details below and we’ll reply within 30 days.

Keeping it safe

Your information is kept on secure, password-protected systems, and only the people who need it to make your book can see it.
